I’ve lost my previous few domains including dreampunchboy.com and earthspeak.biz due to the sickest support. Actually, there was no support at all. These domains expired and I wanted to renew it. I started emailing them at the beginning of the year 2008… Since today I’ve had no response.
I also tried phoning there telephone number, they are in New York. And the phone is always dead. With that said, their SSL on their website expired PLUS their website is broken in a number of different ways. I can’t even pay the domains as the checkout facility via credit card or paypal is both broken.
So I decided to transfer the domains to my Godaddy.com account, but Godaddy needs to confirm that it is me requesting it so they email me to the email address listed on Triple.com which was phillip.myemail@triplemailboxes.com. Now I have no access to that email account so I can’t confirm the transfer.
In the end I decided to leave the domains as is, according to their website they will be deleted from them 15 days after they expire. It has been 45 days and still not been deleted. So hear I am. A new domain, a new email address and a new blog.
Frustrating but true.
